Studio X, initiated on the 11th of November in 1970, was a passion turned into career of veteran photographer & cinematographer Somaweera Bopitiya. He, who started his career as soon as he left school has now been passed on to his extremely talented children, Surang, Thilini & Dushyantha. 

They have followed the footsteps of their father and have even brought in more variation to their studio. Although wedding photography is the primary focus of Studio X, Surang, Thilini &Dushyantha specializes in fashion photography with unique techniques & skills.
